I was raised in India, surrounded by the quiet wisdom of grandmothers who made golden milk at bedtime and herbal oils for growing bodies. But it wasn’t until I became a mother in the U.S. that I began to deeply reconnect with those traditions.

When I struggled to find baby and postpartum products that were both natural and rooted in culture, I turned to the ancient Ayurvedic texts. What I found transformed my motherhood experience—and I knew I had to share it.
